David Costa was my real estate agent in 2020 when I bought my condominium. He is very knowledgeable about local law and policies. The closing went smooth and David was available to answer any and all questions. I am currently thinking of placing my home on the market and if so I would ask David Costa to handle the sale. My wife and I had the opportunity to work with Dave to sell our property in Playa del Carmen. Since we live in the United States and needed to have Dave execute everything on our behalf, we were both impressed with his expertise and so greatful for his diligence. We were worried that we would not be a priority since we weren't there to oversee the process. Once we contacted Dave those worries vanished. We knew we had the right guy to handle our affairs and we were updated all the time which made us feel relaxed and in good hands. The transaction went very smoothly and quickly. We are using him again for another transaction and it is a great feeling to know that we don't need to be there to feel like we're there. We highly recommend Dave and his team. Seriously when dealing with an international purchase you have no idea what you DON'T know. Dave knows Mexican law and understands how to navigate through the hurdles. As an American and a first time buyer in Mexico, there is a lot that you need to understand when you buy in Mexico. The process can be intimidating and requires great communication. Working with Jun and Dave was a breath of fresh air. After talking to multiple agents and companies in Mexico and feeling underwhelmed with the information we were given, we got in touch with Best Deal Mexico where Dave and Jun set up a zoom meeting to talk with us about our needs, concerns, and the process. We traveled to Playa and spent a day looking at various properties where we eventually settled on a property and put in an offer. The communication from Jun was excellent throughout the process. Last year my husband and I became interested in purchasing an investment property in Mexico. We reside in Canada and found a realtor that ultimately referred us to Dave and Jun of Best Deal Mexico Real Estate. Although I had my eyes set on a specific property Jun and Dave took a lot of time over zoom to find out what our goals were and what steps we should take before we book a trip to view properties in person. They simply did not allow me to start the purchasing process without seeing other properties. Once we arrived, we were met with Jun who was prepared and organized to show us all the properties we spoke about previously. She spent 3 full days driving us to each property and organized sales meetings, tours and translated all the information we needed to know.
